2. CERAMICS APPLICATIONS

3.CHEMICAL APPLICATIONS

  • Processing: Harsh abrasive materials like plastics, polymers, resins, glues, adhesives, pesticides, soaps, surfactants, cleaning products, acrylic acid, ammonia, sodium sulfide, paints, inks, coatings, petrochemicals, fertilizers, additives, lubricants, injection/blow molding

4.PAINT, INKS AND COATINGS APPLICATIONS

  • Loading/Unloading/Transfer: across all steps of the manufacturing process to move raw or partially processed materials to next step production
  • Premixing: wide range from thin to viscous fluids, resins, oils, solvents, plasticizers, surfactants, glues and liquid pigments
  • Grinding and milling: processing pigments, colorants and inks to remove clumps and create consistent paste material for batching and dispersion
  • Batching/mixing/dispersion: pigment paste combined with resins and batch additives using gentle, low shear pumping to prevent damage as creates a flowable material
  • Straining and filtration: used to adjust the viscosity, tint strength, color, gloss and overall appearance before the batch is considered complete
  • Filling: outbound containers filled with finished products that range from thin to abrasive and viscous fluids
  • Wastewater and sump: facility treatment of all liquids generated on-site in its manufacturing process, including water runoff
  • Filter press: remove byproducts and waste from the manufacturing process. Sludge formed from latex and water-based solvents can be captured, recycled and reused

  • Filter Press: sanitize water for reuse, belt press feed, wastewater solids handling
  • Municipal Utility: dewatering, solids handling pump using a portable pump
  • Wastewater: processing includes neutralize, disposal, chemical spill containment, grit and scum removal
  • Sludge Removal: handling a wide range of content including thickened/clarified/digested sludge and waste activated or return activated sludge (WAS/RAS)

7.MARINE, RAIL, GROUND TRANSPORTATION APPLICATIONS

  • Transfer, Loading/Unloading: extensively used in the pumping of fuel, chemicals, lube and cargo oils, and clean or hazardous drain transfer when chemical compatibility and quick and rapid transfer is critical
  • Dewatering: various cleanup and water removal using portable and fixed pumps for planned and unplanned events (emergency spill cleanup, sump management or deck stripping/cleaning)
  • Processing: supporting critical process equipment operations onboard transportation equipment and vessels, such as bilge pumping services and oily/water separation

8.MINING INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS

  • Dewatering and Sump: Water evacuation at mine face; remove underground water from mine shaft and move to central pond; remove drift water at active mine sites
  • Filter Press: High-pressure filter press operations to remove particulates from mine water before transferring from pit; allow reusability of filtered water
